Amy Anderson

Senior Manager, Experiential Learning

A Tulsa native, Amy serves as the Senior Manager for Experiential Learning at The Opportunity Project. In this role, she engages schools and community partners in providing high-quality expanded learning opportunities to middle-schoolers through a program called AfterOpp.

Amy has served in roles in both program and research in the non-profit and academic sectors. She is an advocate for her community and especially for its youngest members. Her passion for building meaningful connections between service providers and families fuels her work at The Opp.

Amy’s perfect day consists of getting hugs back from her two teenage children, seeing success (or opportunities for growth!) measured in her work with partners, eating at one of her favorite local restaurants, and closing the day watching a documentary or binging a true crime series on Netflix.
